About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support & Administration Team Member to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, assisting both our customers and internal administration team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process domestic customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Prepare and issue packing slips and invoices
  • Assist with general order administration and documentation
  • Provide professional customer support via phone and email
  • Maintain accurate records in accounting and order systems

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in administration, order processing or customer service
  • Strong written and spoken English (fluent, professional communication is essential)
  • Upper-intermediate (B2) level English proficiency is required to demonstrate fluent, professional communication
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience with Reckon Accounting Software is an advantage but not essential (training provided)
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
