The Opportunity

The Senior Investor Relations Manager at Dexus will play a pivotal role in delivering the Listed IR strategy and driving service excellence for internal stakeholders and the investment community. Acting as the primary IR representative for Dexus listed REITs DXI and DXC, lead investor communications, manage ASX announcements, and collaborate across the business to produce high-impact presentations and reports.

Responsible with attending investor and broker analyst meetings, engaging with the Responsible Entity Board, and champion process improvement initiatives. This role also involves supporting new fund initiatives, educating internal teams on IR functions, and ensuring timely, accurate information is provided to investors.

What You'll Be Doing

As Senior Investor Relations Manager, your key responsibilities include:

  • Representing the Listed IR function for Dexus listed REITs DXI and DXC, operating autonomously and with strategic oversight.

  • Project managing and leading the drafting, coordination, verification of ASX announcements and associated Q&A documentation.

  • Attending investor and broker analyst meetings alongside Fund Managers and acting as the primary IR contact for the Responsible Entity Board.

  • Project managing, drafting and collaborating across the business to prepare results presentations, AGM materials, speeches, and Annual Reports for DXI and DXC.

  • Driving process improvement initiatives to enhance IR operations and stakeholder engagement.

  • Leading IR representation for potential new fund initiatives.

  • Educating internal stakeholders on the Listed IR function and equity market dynamics.

  • Managing security holder communications, including tax, distribution, exit, and periodic statements.

  • Updating and delivering the Listed IR strategy and engagement program annually for DXI and DXC.

  • Ensuring compliance with Dexus policies and mandatory training requirements.

  • Maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding information accessed through the role.

About You      

As Senior Investor Relations Manager, you will bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Commerce or Finance.

  • Experience in equity capital markets through sell-side research, investment banking, buy-side or advisory roles.

  • Additional experience in Investor Relations and/or Real Asset Markets viewed favourably.

  • High level of organisation, time management, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • Ability to receive feedback from and influence a broad range of stakeholders.

  • Confidence working independently, being pro-active and taking ownership.

  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Strong financial acumen, including interpreting financial statements and understanding equity capital markets.

  • Skill in translating strategy into compelling narratives.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with creative problem-solving ability.

  • A collaborative and adaptable approach in a dynamic environment.
