They are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join the team and are offering a competitive salary package. **Responsibilities**:
Actively build relationships with the commercial real estate investment community and be responsible for managing the communications between the investors and company management.
- Develop and execute investor relations plans and strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Manage relationships with existing and potential investors, responding to queries and providing regular updates on the fund's performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry analysts, rating agencies, and financial media.
- Organize and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and other events, both domestically and internationally.
- Work closely with the fund's portfolio management and investment teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting to investors.
- Create and manage investor communication materials, including presentations, investor letters, and investor portals.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement marketing and communication strategies that promote the fund to investors and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and investor sentiment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years experience in investor relations, preferably in real estate or asset management.
- Knowledge of real estate fund structures and financial modelling.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proven track record of achieving results.
