About the Role
We have multiple roles available and can offer full-time or part-time positions for the right applicants.
You'll report to the Team Lead, provide essential coordination and administrative support to our remote assessor workforce across NSW and the ACT. This is a non-client-facing, office-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, problem-solving, and contributing to a greater purpose.
Key Responsibilities

- Accurately manage data entry and documentation in the My Aged Care online portal and COA's internal systems

We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in a similar administrative or coordination role
- Strong computer skills and comfort navigating multiple online systems
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- A valid National Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check (NSW or equivalent), or willingness to obtain these
