The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Scheduling Officer to join our team in a part-time capacity. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our services by coordinating rosters, liaising with internal stakeholders, and adapting to changing priorities.

- Minimum 2 years' experience in employee scheduling or relevant experience
- Proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience interpreting Awards, ensuring scheduling compliance, industrial instruments, and roster optimisation
- Customer service focus and excellent verbal communication skills
- Friendly, positive disposition when dealing with employees and stakeholders
- Ability to work a rotating roster
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Understanding of WHS responsibilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Current driver's licence
- NDIS Worker screening clearance
- Working with Children check (with clearance to work with children)
- National Police Check (relevant outcomes considered)
