The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Scheduling Officer to join our team in a part-time capacity. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our services by coordinating rosters, liaising with internal stakeholders, and adapting to changing priorities.

About You
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in employee scheduling or relevant experience
  • Proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience interpreting Awards, ensuring scheduling compliance, industrial instruments, and roster optimisation
  • Customer service focus and excellent verbal communication skills
  • Friendly, positive disposition when dealing with employees and stakeholders
  • Ability to work a rotating roster
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Understanding of WHS responsibilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Qualifications/Essential
  • Current driver's licence
  • NDIS Worker screening clearance
  • Working with Children check (with clearance to work with children)
  • National Police Check (relevant outcomes considered)
