As a Scheduling Officer, you'll help us deliver essential home care services to older Australians. You'll join a compassionate, respectful and purpose-driven team, where we live our values every day.

Your opportunity

12-month maximum-term contract - Monday to Friday (6am-2pm)

As our Scheduling Officer, you'll manage rostering and scheduling for our Home Care teams, ensuring services are delivered smoothly and accurately. Your work will directly support the wellbeing of older people living independently in their homes.

With integrity and efficiency, you will:
- Coordinate, manage and optimise staff rosters to meet operational and client needs- Ensure payroll data is accurate, timely and processed correctly- Provide clear communication to internal teams regarding schedules and service updates-
- Identify opportunities for improved scheduling outcomes and service delivery

You will also need:
- Experience using rostering systems to coordinate large teams (ideally in home care or community services)- Strong customer service skills- Strong written and verbal communication abilities- Experience working effectively in a team and adapting to change- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills- Knowledge of aged care services is helpful but not essential - full training will be provided.
