Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing operations across multiple client projects. You'll manage distributed testing teams, coordinate with stakeholders, implement best practices, and drive quality through both manual and automated approaches—leveraging our proprietary platform.

Key Responsibilities

* Define and execute test strategies across API, Web, Mobile, and Desktop applications

* Lead and mentor testing teams

* Collaborate with clients, PMs, and developers to ensure test coverage and traceability

* Oversee integration of codeless automation into client delivery pipelines

* Review and approve test plans, scenarios, and reports for accuracy and completeness

* Ensure quality outcomes align with project timelines and expectations

What We're Looking For

* 5+ years' experience in software testing, with 2+ years in test or project management

* Strong expertise in testing techniques

* Experience with BDD frameworks and Agile/Scrum environments

* Proven ability to lead remote or distributed teams

* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

* ISTQB Certification (preferred but not essential)
