ABOUT THE REMOTE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Google Ads Manager to join our digital marketing team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for managing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across a variety of clients, primarily small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Your core responsibility will involve planning, executing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns to achieve maximum ROI for clients across different industries.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their business goals and translate them into targeted, effective ad campaigns. From keyword research and ad copy creation to A/B testing and bid management, you'll handle all aspects of campaign management. Regular performance monitoring, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and budget management will be part of your daily workflow.

A key aspect of this role includes weekly reporting and performance reviews with clients. You will be expected to communicate clearly and confidently in scheduled Google Meet or Zoom sessions, where you'll present insights, discuss campaign outcomes, and suggest data-driven improvements. This requires excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to client relationship management.

You will also collaborate with our internal creative and strategy teams to ensure alignment across visual and messaging elements. Strong analytical abilities are essential, as you will need to interpret complex data sets and translate them into meaningful strategies that improve ad performance over time.

PERSONAL SKILLS

The ideal candidate has a high attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and is both friendly and articulate. You should be flexible in your work style, approachable in communication, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.

Being adaptable to client feedback, shifting priorities, and new platform updates is essential. Your ability to communicate performance results and strategic plans clearly will help foster trust and long-term relationships with our clients.

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably across multiple clients. You must demonstrate a solid understanding of paid search principles, Google Ads certifications, and conversion-focused campaign strategies.
