Position: Residential Property Manager – Job Share Position

Peter Milling Dubbo are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Property Manager to join our property management business in our Dubbo office.

This is an amazing opportunity to join a professional real estate team that believe in high energy, performance, and culture.

About the Role:

We are currently looking for a Part Time Residential Property Manager to join our close-knit team in our Dubbo Office and the opportunity to work in a multi-faceted business in a job share position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain strong communication with landlords, tenants, strata managers and tradesmen

  • Conduct routine, in-going and out-going inspections

  • Manage repairs, maintenance

  • Participate in team training and development

  • Conduct open home inspections

  • Process new tenant applications and manage tenant selection

  • Prepare and advertise properties online

  • Handle rental enquiries

Skills and Experience:

MUST reside in and hold full working rights in Australia.

  • Ideally 1- 2 years of experience (previous experience would be an advantage)

  • Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is preferable or a willingness to obtain

  • Must be willing to work in a team environment

  • Must have current Driver's Licence

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Great organisation skills

  • Possess a positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn

  • Property Tree knowledge will be advantageous
