
Property Industry Growth Manager

This leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional results within the property industry. As a key member of our team, you will be driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
About the Role:
- Lead high performing teams to achieve business objectives, sales targets, and professional development goals.
- Develop and implement scalable sales distribution strategies with standardized processes to increase sales volumes and lead generation.
- Enhance customer experiences through proactive communication and engagement, ensuring customer service standards are consistently met.
- Contribute to financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Monitor operational milestones and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior leadership role within the real estate industry.
- Qualifications in residential sales, marketing, or property development are highly desirable.
- A strong understanding of contract of sale processes, legislation, land use planning, development approvals, and home construction is essential.

- Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to translate deep industry knowledge into effective strategy implementation.
- Leadership & Culture: A proactive, enthusiastic leader with a strong focus on culture, team development, and high performance.

You will be a proactive, enthusiastic leader with a strong focus on culture, team development, and high performance. You will have skills in digital and traditional marketing strategies for property development and a strong understanding of contract of sale processes, legislation, land use planning, development approvals, and home construction. Additionally, you will be able to develop and implement scalable sales distribution strategies with standardized processes to support increased sales volumes and lead generation.
