We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Vault Clinical Specialist to support clinical projects.. This role will serve as a key liaison between internal teams, clients, and external vendors. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of clinical implementations, integrated systems and busniness impacts, with proven experience coordinating deliverables, managing project governance, and driving stakeholder alignment in a consulting context.
You are a driven Clinical Expert with the experience and maturtity to take on tasks across multiple workstreams while still incorporating a process/continuous improvement mindset, providing subject matter expertise on Vault CTMS configuration, data structures, workflows and projects
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience in Veeva Vault Clinical applications (CTMS and eTMF)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to lead workshops and executive discussions.
- Familiarity with CSV (Computer System Validation), data governance, and GxP compliance.
- Strong knowledge of integration architectures and data flow between clinical systems.
- Proven experience leading impact assessments, system implementations, or migrations in regulated life sciences environments.
- Deep understanding of clinical operations processes and study management workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
As an Epista, you'll be working at the intersection of compliance and business as a part of our highly skilled and dedicated team. You'll be involved in a wide variety of projects, primarily focusing on delivering .. Much of your time will be spent with our clients - international pharma and medical technology companies. Your daily activities might include:
- Lead assessment and alignment activities across Vault CTMS, eTMF, and integrated systems.
- Oversee evaluation of current CTMS functions and identify process or capability gaps.
- Coordinate technical and business impact assessments with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with data governance and business process owners to ensure consistency with enterprise models.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and documentation of findings.
- Contribute to planning, reporting, and readiness deliverables for the CTMS implementation.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Vault CTMS configuration, data structures, workflows, and role-based access.
- Partner with Change Management and Training teams to define business readiness and transition plans.
