The Opportunity

We're offering exciting FIFO opportunities for Paramedic Team Leads to oversee site-based medical operations across WA projects.

Most positions operate on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off FIFO roster from Perth, though flexibility may apply depending on the site.

You'll lead small medical teams, provide advanced clinical care and emergency response, ensuring compliance with protocols, and acting as the primary liaison between site teams, clients, and Citadel Medical management.


About You

You're a natural leader who thrives in dynamic environments and inspires those around you. You have:

  • AHPRA Paramedic Registration
  • Certificate III in Emergency Response and Rescue (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years' paramedic experience, including 2+ years remote or industrial work
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases and guide clinical decisions
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to mobilise from Perth, with a manual driver's licence
  • Confidence working autonomously and collaboratively in challenging conditions

Desirable Qualifications
  • HLTPAT005 – Authorised Specimen Collection (Drugs of Abuse)
  • Advanced Life Support (ALS2)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Heavy Rigid Driver's Licence
  • RIIVEH305F – Operate and Maintain a 4WD (or equivalent)
