We're looking for confident, upbeat Front of House Team Members to help with the running of these vibrant venues with favour shown to those with morning, evening and weekend availability.

About the Role

As Front of House, you'll be the welcoming face that makes every guest feel at home. You'll combine customer service, presentation, and attention to detail with a genuine love for people and connection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in guests with warmth and confidence.
  • Keep the venue looking vibrant, clean, and inviting at all times.
  • Answer questions, manage bookings, and support smooth guest flow.
  • Support your team in creating a lively, connected atmosphere.
  • Ensure guests leave feeling better than when they arrived.

About You

  • Friendly, confident, and customer-focused – you know how to make people feel welcome.
  • Experience in hospitality, guest services, or spa/wellbeing venues preferred.
  • Organised, reliable, and proactive in a busy environment.
  • Tech-friendly and comfortable with booking/payment systems.
  • A team player who thrives on connection and community.
