Teal Transport is a family-owned transport company based in Bundaberg. Due to changes within our operations, we are looking for a casual linehaul driver that has a great attitude, motivated, has attention to detail and looks after the vehicles, to join our team.

We are looking to fill a casual position for either 1 or 2 rigid runs a week from Townsville to Mackay and back to Townsville on a Friday and Saturday. You could either do 1 run or both, depending on your situation. This may suit someone who is already doing casual work and looking for a bit extra to supplement their income.

There will be forklift loading and unloading duties involved but it is just depot to depot.

We pay above award rates on c/km plus hourly loading included and provide well maintained vehicles.

The right candidate will need to have the following

  • HR needed but HC licence preferred with clean driving history - as some runs may upgrade in time.
  • Forklift licence
  • Night driving experience
  • Police check
  • Willing to obtain pre-employment medical

You will need to work in a team and have a great attitude. You must look after the vehicles and keep them neat and tidy.
