Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Mobile Truck Washer to oversee our cleaning operations, manage a team of technicians, and ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of mobile truck washers
• Schedule and coordinate daily cleaning routes and tasks
• Ensure all vehicles are cleaned to quality standards and within scheduled timeframes
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Train and mentor new team members
• Maintain safety standards and compliance with industry regulations
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in truck or vehicle cleaning, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to move trucks, reverse trailers, and handle vehicle maneuvers
• Valid truck driver's license
• Ability to operate and manage commercial vehicles efficiently
• Self-motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic

Pay: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
