About the role

Propertyworks is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Loganholme, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the effective management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring exceptional customer service whilst maximising returns for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including liaising with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople to ensure properties are well-maintained and rent is collected on time
  • Prepare and execute lease agreements, tenancy inspections, and property condition reports
  • Oversee the marketing and leasing of vacant properties to secure new tenants
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to landlords
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and address any issues or concerns in a prompt and professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry regulations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the property management team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in residential property management, with a proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of properties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of property management software and systems including PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate & Realworks.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Thorough understanding of relevant legislation, including the Residential Tenancies Act and consumer protection laws
  • A valid QLD real estate license or salespersons certificate
  • A valid Australian car licence
