About the Role

AFG Securities (AFGS) is a division of AFG, focused on the delivery of competitive home loan products for Australian consumers. Funded by our stand-alone securitisation structures, it is central to the growth of our overall AFG Home Loans business.

We have a great opportunity for a driven individual to join our growing securitisation teamand play a vital role in the AFG Home Loans experience for our customers.

As an Operations Officer you will be involved in the post settlement stage of the home loan process. You will be responsible for managing customer variations, processing of discharge instructions & settlements and reporting requirements and ensuring compliance with legislative, policy and procedural requirements.

About You

The successful candidate will be resourceful and passionate about exceeding customer expectations.

You will be required to demonstrate:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a post settlement/operations role is desirable
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in managing customer resolutions in a high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and home loan products
  • Excellent customer service delivery focus
  • Proficient in Windows Office
  • Accurate Data Entry skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Positive and proactive approach towards your work.
  • Proficient in Windows Office
