Purpose of the Role

As our new National Repair Relationship Manager, you will lead, coach & mentor a team of Repair Relationship Consultants, ensuring that the team effectively manage the performance of our national building supply chain. Working collaboratively with the National Network Manager, you will ensure the team are managing our suppliers effectively, proactively and in our best interests.

You will:

  • Lead a team that execute against our frameworks to ensure that the home building  supply chain delivers the expected performance and capability for the business
  • Monitor, coach & mentor to ensure the team adheres to frameworks, while maintaining high performance with high integrity
  • Detect, report and remediate risks identified within the home network ensuring compliance with relevant legislative & regulatory requirements including industry codes
  • Contribute to the operational delivery of the operational plan that supports the C&A divisional strategic objectives
  • Develop & maintain effective relationships with both internal & external stakeholders, while driving cross-functional collaboration with the claims & assessing functions
  • Contribute to the quality and performance management frameworks, ensuring that compliance is maintained in the execution of performance management activities

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 5+ years' operational management experience with a proven ability to manage supply chain performance
  • An understanding of regulatory & legislative requirements related to the Insurance industry
  • Strong negotiation & influencing ability, along with strong tactical & strategic decision-making ability
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build & sustain effective relationships
