About the Role:

As the Service & Warranty Manager, you will be responsible for managing the new home warranty process from start to finish, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. You will oversee warranty requests, coordinate repairs, manage communications, and work closely with our construction and customer service teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.

About you:

To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of our business.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Service & Warranty role within the building or construction industry.
  • A trade or construction background, preferably Carpentry or similar experience.
  • Current QBCC Supervisor or Building License.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve prompt and high-quality service outcomes.
  • Knowledge of residential construction practices and QBCC regulatory standards.
  • Leadership experience – managing trades and contractors.
  • An ability to communicate with clients and various teams to provide information and updates on maintenance works.
  • An ability to prioritise effectively whilst ensuring attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel to and from jobs as scheduled
  • A positive attitude
