Are you a recent or soon-to-be graduate in Speech Pathology, National 360's 360 GO Graduate Program on the Gold Coast is your launchpad to success. We look forward to welcoming our graduates as they begin their careers with us.
WHAT IS 360 GO?
National 360's 12-month Graduate Experience, 360 GO, is the perfect opportunity to transition from university to a rewarding career. Available across NSW, QLD, VIC, WA, TAS and SA, 360 GO is designed to equip you with the skills and support needed to become a capable and confident Speech Pathologist.
Recognised by the Allied Health Awards as the industry's leading Graduate Program, 360 GO is thoughtfully structured to provide exposure to all key areas of practice, ensuring Graduates gain real-world knowledge and experience. Guided by a Graduate Passport to track your journey every step of the way, 360 GO comprises four key phases:
- Simulated Practice:Simulated Practice sessions provide a safe and controlled environment to practice your therapeutic skills and get comfortable with real-life scenarios before your first client session.
- Experiential Discovery:This is a dynamic, hands-on approach that immerses you in real-life situations, allowing you to connect new information to existing knowledge with everyday applications to enhance the learning process.
- Theoretical Learning:Develop your clinical expertise by strengthening your theoretical foundation through immersive and interactive workshops facilitated by Subject Matter Experts.
- Individualised Development: A custom program will be designed with you so you can follow your preferred roadmap to excellence. Specialise or maintain a diverse caseload, and work towards progressing your career operationally or clinically.
