As part of the Tony White Group, our exciting South Morang Motor Group is a cutting-edge  Dealership with many reputable brands under the one roof, located in the Northern Melbourne growth belt.  This growing business requires a dedicated, motivated, and enthusiastic Service Receptionist on a full time basis.

Previous Dealership experience will be highly regarded.

The role will include;

  • Making service bookings,
  • Attending to inbound and outbound calls
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
  • General administrative duties
  • Previous experience with Pentana ERAnet will be highly advantageous.

To be successful you will;

  • Have a demonstrated history of customer service
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Be professionally presented
  • Have the ability to multitask in a faced paced environment
  • Be competent with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Have Previous experience with Pentana ERAnet.
