About the Role
Join Our Vibrant Graduate Program Where You'll Be Part Of Exciting Projects Across Australia - From Pipelines And Rail To Energy And Water Infrastructure. Starting Your Journey With Our Queensland Team, Get Ready To Experience

• Diverse Rotations: Rotate across different teams and projects 2-4 times within the two year period, gaining hands-on experience and discovering your unique path within the business.
• Real Projects, Real Impact: Work on major infrastructure projects nationwide -from pipelines to transport, energy to water - making a tangible difference in communities.
• Interactive Online Workshops & Learning: Access tailored online workshops, graduate communities, and networking sessions with grads across Australia to support your development and build lasting bonds.

About You
You're passionate about building your career in one of these fields:

• Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Structural Engineering.
• Commercial or Finance disciplines (new for 2026).

You Will Bring

• Openness to travel and rotations, including FIFO/DIDO opportunities is a must
• Relevant tertiary qualifications; have completed an undergraduate degree within the last two years or by the end of 2025
• A strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• A passion for safety, sustainability, and making a real impact.
