We are now seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer to join our Brisbane office in January 2026. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and grow your career in a supportive, people-focused environment.

As a Graduate Structural Engineer at STP Consultants, you'll gain hands-on experience across health, education, commercial, residential, and community projects. You will:


• Assist in designing structural systems in concrete, steel, and timber.


• Prepare calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.


• Contribute to projects from concept design through to construction.


• Use software such as Structural Toolkit, RAPT, SpaceGass, and Inducta Suite.


• Collaborate with architects, builders, and multidisciplinary teams.


• Attend site visits, client meetings, and contribute to feasibility studies.


• Work on technically diverse and innovative projects shaping the built environment.

About You

We're looking for motivated, curious, and enthusiastic graduates ready to make a difference. You will have:


• A Bachelor of Engineering (Structural) completed within the last year or due by the end of 2025.


• Eligibility for membership with Engineers Australia.


• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.


• A genuine interest in structural engineering and a desire to expand your skill set.


• Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or permanent residency.


• A proactive mindset, creative thinking, and the drive to succeed on challenging, real-world projects.
