You'll collaborate with experienced engineers, learn from industry leaders, and contribute to projects that enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation in our business.
Our Graduate roles are based across Wilmar's eight sugar milling locations, stretching from the rainforests of Ingham to the beaches of Sarina. - Work alongside experts — You'll collaborate closely with senior engineers and operational leaders who are committed to helping you develop your professional knowledge and skills.
- Make an impact — You'll contribute to operational business goals, support key improvement initiatives, and play a part in projects that boost mill and distillery performance — driving gains in cost, rate, reliability, and recovery.
- Learn compliance and best practice — You'll gain valuable knowledge of industry regulations, codes of conduct, and statutory requirements — an essential part of becoming a well-rounded engineer.
At Wilmar, your growth matters. You'll be supported every step of the way while building a career that's full of opportunities — and real achievements you can be proud of.
