Fred Samuel spent his life roaming the world, on a mission to make women everywhere even more beautiful.  In 1995, the jewellery House began a new chapter in its story, joining the LVMH group. Today, the FRED brand continues to epitomize an unconditional love of gemstones, pearls and golden light, creating collections that burst with radiant elegance.

Currently, we have boutiques in Sydney, Melbourne and Gold Coast. We are looking for passionate and driven Sales Ambassadors to join our boutique team at Melbourne Russell Street on casual basis.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop every sales opportunity that can arise
  • Offer extraordinary customer service when attending to any client / prospect client / browser
  • Follow all the sales & operations processes and requirements according to the Company policies and directions
  • Perform daily stock take and sales reports
  • Respect, support and work efficiently with everyone to create a dynamic team
  • Support events, activities and change of visual merchandising with the marketing team
  • Promote CRM activities
  • Maintain the best boutique conditions at all times. e.g. cleanliness, safety, security etc

Profile:

  • Previous experience with minimum 2-3 years as Sales Ambassadors, track record in sales within a luxury retail environment preferred.
  • Experience with high jewelry and timepiece experience highly regarded
  • Result driven and ability to work towards sales targets
  • Client centric and exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, team player, positive thinker, creative and effective
  • High integrity with good ethics and values
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
