This dynamic position is perfect for professionals with corporate, hospitality, or events backgrounds who want to elevate workplace environments through exceptional service delivery, strategic relationship building, and memorable guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:Welcome visitors, manage arrivals/departures, and maintain professional front desk operationsSchedule conference rooms, coordinate events, and manage room setups with F&B servicesOversee common areas, conduct floor walks, and manage desk/meeting room allocationReport maintenance issues, manage contractors, handle deliveries, and maintain suppliesOperate switchboard and serve as central information point for building servicesManage visitor registration, access cards, and building security complianceProcess service requests, handle invoices, and maintain compliance documentationFunction as emergency warden and support crisis proceduresWork with facility management and service partners for daily operationsIdentify enhancement opportunities and suggest operational improvementsSound like the job you are looking for?
