Do you have what it takes to become a Smart Senior Talent Partner?
We're looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Talent Partner to join our People & Culture team. This role goes beyond recruitment — it's about partnering with the business to shape workforce planning, capability, and deliver meaningful talent solutions.
You'll work closely with senior leaders across multiple business units, providing expert guidance on hiring strategies, market insights, and candidate experience. You'll help manage recruitment briefs and hiring activity, end to end, and play a key role in coaching hiring leaders, delivery ofrecruitment training, and supporting broader talent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the business.
Partner with leaders to develop workforce plans aligned to business goals.
Deliver recruitment training and capability uplift for hiring managers.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Use data and market insights to inform improved hiring decisions and processes.
Champion inclusive hiring practices and support diversity initiatives.
Collaborate on employer branding and EVP projects.
Support onboarding and ensure a seamless experience for new starters.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in-house, with exposure to strategic workforce planning.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work well independently and in a team.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
A strong customer focus, driver of results and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A passion for creating exceptional candidate and hiring leader experiences.
