The Asset Management Coordinator will support the uplift of asset management processes across TLC. You will improve data quality, supporting Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) standards, and ensuring accurate asset tracking.

This is a 6-month contract role, based in either our Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney CBD offices. We offer a flexible, hybrid work environment that blends remote work with on-site presence as needed to meet project deliverables.

Please note, this role will be engaged as a contractor, on assignment at the Lottery Corporation through Hudson Talent Solutions.

What you'll do

  • Clean and update asset data in systems, including uploading via transform maps
  • Support purchasers in adopting new asset tracking standards and champion ITAM procedures across teams
  • Create clear work instructions in collaboration with IT Infrastructure & Services and gather feedback to improve usability
  • Track assets from delivery across major projects and assist with tagging, staging, and goods receipting
  • Review and refine data tables to support reporting and alignment
  • Develop practical guides for asset registration, refresh cycles, lost devices, and stock management to uplift ITAM understanding

What you'll bring

  • Experience in IT Asset Management or related fields (e.g. configuration management, technology procurement, service management)
  • Familiarity with asset tracking systems and ServiceNow
  • Experience with data entry, data analysis and data cleansing tasks
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to create clear, user-friendly documentation
