We are seeking 2–3 experienced Reliability or Maintenance Specialists to join a site-based project in Queensland, commencing November 2025. This project is focused on developing and implementing maintenance strategies for plant equipment in SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise maintenance strategies for plant equipment to improve reliability and operational performance.
- Use SAP to align maintenance strategies with operational and master data requirements.
- Collaborate with operational and maintenance teams to ensure practical, results-driven outcomes.
- Monitor maintenance data, identify trends, and recommend improvements in reliability, efficiency, and performance.
- Ensure all activities comply with site safety, environmental, and operational standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing maintenance strategies
- Experience working with SAP, preferably in plant maintenance modules.
- Exposure to or understanding of master data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
- Current Australian work rights.
