We are seeking 2–3 experienced Reliability or Maintenance Specialists to join a site-based project in Queensland, commencing November 2025. This project is focused on developing and implementing maintenance strategies for plant equipment in SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimise maintenance strategies for plant equipment to improve reliability and operational performance.
  • Use SAP to align maintenance strategies with operational and master data requirements.
  • Collaborate with operational and maintenance teams to ensure practical, results-driven outcomes.
  • Monitor maintenance data, identify trends, and recommend improvements in reliability, efficiency, and performance.
  • Ensure all activities comply with site safety, environmental, and operational standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing maintenance strategies
  • Experience working with SAP, preferably in plant maintenance modules.
  • Exposure to or understanding of master data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
  • Current Australian work rights.
