AAMG currently have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join the team based on site at Coppabella. Full Job Description

The Maintenance Administrator is responsible for providing effective administration support to the site team.

Role:

  • 9 day fortnight
  • Performing administrative tasks to support to the site team ensuring all information is captured accurately and in a timely manner
  • Update and maintain current Contractor Management System (CMS) with mandatory site requirements in line with the Safety dept
  • Manage site roster and accommodation allocation
  • Data for management end of month reports
  • Prepare and distribute daily pre-start minutes

About you:

  • Previous experience as a Site Administrator within a resources or construction industry preferred
  • MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • SAP and Power BI experience
  • Accounts reconciliation
  • Demonstrated capacity to communicate at all levels within an organisation in a professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy
  • Ability to work autonomously and also in a team environment
  • Coal Board Medical & Standard 11 - essential
