SAP Maintenance Specialist

About the role:

We're seeking experienced SAP Maintenance Specialists to conduct SAP Master Data migration and construction activities for a Tier 1 Mining client. This role is offered as a work from home remote role, and will commence as an initial 8 month contract, with strong potential for extension through full-time employment on further opportunities within the business.

Working directly with our team of experienced and passionate employees, you'll extract, enhance and construct asset data for upload into SAP (CMMS).

You will have a strong focus on quality, and completeness of master data working through prioritised asset groupings.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Trade certificate (mechanical or electrical)
  • 5+ years experience in the Mining maintenance sector (HME / Fixed Plant)
  • Demonstrated experience in SAP Master Data development / construction
  • Proficient in SAP maintenance planning / scheduling
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, with a strong capability in Excel
  • Proficient with OEM publications (CAT SIS, LinkOne)
  • Understanding of preventative maintenance principals, and work management principals
  • Structured and methodical approach to work
  • Attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract, transform, and construction of master data for upload to SAP
  • Deliver accurate progress reporting, and forecasting of work progress
  • Maintain a high level of quality control of data migrated / constructed
