The Role:
We're seeking a strategic and analytical Pricing and Packaging Manager to lead the development of value-driven pricing strategies that support our mission to improve health and wellbeing through accessible, flexible solutions. You will play a key role in shaping how we package and price our products and services, balancing affordability for members, ROI for employers, and sustainability for our business.
Working closely with Product, Sales, and Finance teams, you'll drive the commercial strategy that turns our wellbeing platform into compelling, profitable offerings for employers and their employees.
- Develop pricing strategies across wellbeing offerings including gym access, digital health, mental wellbeing, recovery services, and future product lines
- Build and maintain pricing frameworks that support tiered offerings, value-based pricing, and subscription models
- Design and implement partner and pricing strategies that optimize supply-side facility engagement and demand-side member access.
- Support the overall success of the products by providing deep specialist expertise in pricing and packaging to the product
- Conduct market, competitive, and member insights analysis to inform pricing innovation and optimize perceived value
- Lead experimentation and A/B testing on pricing models, bundles, and promotions to optimize revenue, usage, and member satisfaction
- Monitor performance of pricing initiatives and develop clear reporting frameworks to guide decision-making
- Deploy suitable AI and machine learning solutions based on internal policies to ensure efficient insight generation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, network development, sales, and finance teams to align strategies, deliver seamless execution, and maximise commercial impact.
About You:
- 7+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, or growth roles, preferably in wellness, digital health, marketplaces or subscription-based platforms
- Deep understanding of value-based pricing, packaging strategy, and customer segmentation
- Proven ability to use data to model scenarios, develop pricing tests, and measure impact
- Experience working across B2B2C environments, ideally with employer-focused solutions
- Strong technical foundation including proficiency in Excel, SQL and Python & advanced Excel and data analysis
- Experience with testing techniques and statistical analysis
- Understanding of subscription business models and SaaS metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills: you can explain pricing logic and business trade-offs clearly
- Collaborative approach to working with Product, Sales, and Finance teams
- Proven track record of driving measurable revenue impact through strategic pricing initiatives
- Expert-level data modelling and quantitative analysis capabilities with proven ability to build complex pricing models and scenario analysis frameworks
