Sales Account Representative

Love tractors, mowers, or just helping people find the right gear for their property? This role might just be your dream job.

Besides talking all things John Deere, you'll be responsible for:

  • Welcoming walk-in customers and taking calls like a pro — friendly, knowledgeable, and just the right amount of persuasive.
  • Matching customers with the perfect John Deere equipment for their property, farm, or business.
  • Building long-term relationships — because in this industry, a good yarn and a handshake still mean something.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest products, finance options, and promotions (don't worry, we'll train you).
  • Working with our Parts & Service team to make sure every delivery runs smoothly — and occasionally showing off the gear in action.

Who we're looking for:

  • You've got solid communication and people skills — you can talk to anyone, from farmers to first-time mower buyers.
  • You're motivated, reliable, and genuinely enjoy helping people find the right solution.
  • A little product knowledge is great, but attitude and enthusiasm always win.
