LandHQ is the John Deere dealer of choice when it comes to golf and turf equipment sales in Sydney, Canberra, and our regional NSW area of responsibility. LandHQ’s Key Account Manager (Golf & Turf Equipment) will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers, overseeing sales, and contributing to the overall growth of the golf and turf division.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)**:

- Maintain existing customer relationships whilst strengthening customer networks.
- Generate new business throughout designated territory.
- Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership.
- Actively participate in sales training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge.
- Conduct new equipment field demonstrations.
- Work with customers to optimise equipment for the duration of the product lifecycle.
- Maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate accurately for trading purpose.
- Represent the company and products with industry associations and field day events.

While based in our Penrith location the role will be required to support our area of responsibility which extends throughout regional NSW. You will be expected to be on the road selling approximately 80% of your time.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and a team player.
- Experience in key account management/sales experience, or experience in the turf management sector.
- Desire to exceed targets and KPI’s.
- Easily builds and maintains long term rapport.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexible or extended hours.
- Current and valid driver’s license is essential.
