Position Details
- Full Time or Part-Time (0.6FTE), Maximum Term Contract until 30 May 2026
- Classification: SCHADS Level 6 with a salary range of $110,221 - $115,102 per annum (pro rata) + Superannuation
- Salary packaging arrangements providing tax benefits available for living and entertainment expenses increasing your take home income where part of your wage is paid tax free each pay, savings thousands in tax each year

About your new role
Perth Universal aftercare provides compassionate, holistic psychosocial support to people who have experienced a suicidal crisis or attempt.
The Project Officer supports management and the broader team in initiating and leading projects. The role liaises between the project team and senior management, utilising proven project management methodologies and tools to plan, monitor, and report on progress.
The Project Officer proactively identifies and mitigates risks, coordinates people and processes, and ensures project milestones are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with Neami's objectives.
What you will bring to the role
- Formal tertiary qualification in a related field and/or experience working in a relevant setting.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience of thinking conceptually and the ability to analyse and problem solve in a creative manner.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with an ability to analyse and articulate complex concepts and communicate them to a variety of audiences.
- Effective as a collaborator in complex internal and external organisations
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex information and draw actionable insights.
- Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and to prioritise multiple tasks to meet conflicting deadlines
- Strong computer literacy and written communication skills.
- National Criminal History Check (police check) - disclosable outcomes considered
- Current Working with Children Check - required before commencement of work
- Current Australian drivers licence
- Australian working rights
