About the Role

As Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing and producing the creative assets for the Roshana Care Group Brand.

You will be responsible for all stages of the design process, from concept development to the delivery of the final design product. Your role will include designing a diverse range of digital and print assets, ranging from corporate print publications to the company's website graphic assets and social media visuals, as well as newspaper and magazine advertising and more.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about all things design, who has a creative mindset and is ready to hit the ground running. Reporting to the Marketing Executive, you will be joining a well-constructed small Marketing team, where you will be working closely together, collaborating on a wide range of marketing initiatives for our growing company's projects.

This is a full time role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce Roshana Care Group's portfolio of all digital and print assets.
• Design and implement visual elements and website graphics for Roshana's Corporate website.
• Create compelling imagery and graphics for Roshana's social media channels of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Create promotional materials for a wide range of print advertising including newspaper, magazines, brochures, flyers, pamphlets, catalogues and more.
• Design and produce digital assets for digital campaigns and promotions, including Meta Ads, EDMs, Google Ads, Digital Banners, and more.
• Design Roshana's internal documents where required, ensuring they are consistent with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the Marketing team on various projects to bring marketing ideas to life, providing creative input.
• Provide ad hoc marketing support to the marketing team.

Skills, Attributes, and Experience

• A tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proficient in creating design assets for both digital and print formats.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
• Experience with WordPress, including theme customisation and content updates, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• An excellent understanding of design principles, with the ability to create visually compelling and effective designs.
• An understanding of print production processes and preparing digital files for print.
• Attention to detail and strong brand awareness, with the ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
• A creative flair and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and one who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Competency in Microsoft Office.

Desirable

• 1 - 2 years of graphic design experience.
• Experience with managing social media platforms.
• Photography, videography and video editing skills will be highly regarded.
• Previous experience in the Health Care Industry.
• Marketing experience or the willingness to learn.
