Wardle Co Real Estate have an exciting opportunity within our Clare office for an enthusiastic individual looking to build a career in Real Estate.  This real estate sales opportunity covers the Clare Valley, with training and mentoring provided under an experienced team of real estate professionals who are market leaders in their areas.

Our Sales team is responsible for providing exceptional service to vendors and purchasers, ensuring customer needs are met to the highest standards through effective relationship and client management.

Wardle Co Real Estate is seeking an energetic person who is highly motivated and has a strong interest in building a great career in real estate. It is essential the individual is reliable and has a strong drive to succeed.

Duties include:

  • Sales marketing, including digital and social media marketing
  • Meeting and communicating with clients on a regular basis
  • Negotiating agreements and contracts
  • Responding to email and phone enquiries
  • Preparing sales documents

The position requires:

  • Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with clients of various ages and backgrounds
  • Excellent time management skills, problem solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Self-motivated
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Honest and reliability
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Current Driver's License

Sales Traineeship available. On the job training provided.

Salary Negotiable.
