About the role

The Revenue Performance Manager is a key role within the corporate Revenue an Distribution team, representing all brands in Australia - Quest Apartment Hotels, Citadines, lyf, Oakwood.

Excitingly, this role has the flexibility to be based anywhere in Australia.

This hands-on role requiring an astute eye for detail and commercial strategy development to deliver revenue outcomes for the portfolio. With multiple stakeholders, success in the role will require efficient time management, stakeholder management and the ability to execute and monitor various strategies across the portfolio.

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and execute tailored revenue strategies for each property in your portfolio, while contributing to broader network-wide initiatives.
  • Partner closely with business leaders and their teams to review performance, uncover opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to inform smart pricing and distribution decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on brand-wide revenue goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Support capability building by providing training, tools, and guidance that empower local teams to make data-driven decisions.
  • Champion a strong revenue-focused culture across your portfolio and within the wider corporate environment.

About you

  • We're looking for a revenue management professional with proven experience in the accommodation industry, particularly across multi-property portfolios. Familiarity with franchising models is a bonus.
  • You're highly organised, efficient, and confident working independently across multiple stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Experience with RMS (PMS), SiteMinder or SynXis Sabre (channel management), and other revenue management tools will set you up for success from day one.
  • This role offers flexibility: choose a permanent, ongoing position or a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension. Both options include a 6-month probation.
