About the role:
The Talent Acquisition Officer plays a vital role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This position provides support across various stages of the recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to pre-employment screenings and onboarding activities.

About you:
- Experience in a HR/Talent function is essential.
- You will bring excellent administrative and organisation skills, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- You will provide professional and timely communications with candidates - responding to queries, offering updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- We're looking for a dedicated team player who can assist with talent projects and enjoys a collaborative working environment.
- Have a strong understanding of government processes and relevant legisation, guidelines and agreements.
