About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and innovative Digital Business Analyst to join our forward-thinking team. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of digital business landscapes, customer-centric design, and emerging technologies.
You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating digital strategies into actionable requirements to drive seamless delivery of digital solutions that enhance customer experiences and operational efficiencies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of digital business ecosystems, including eCommerce, mobile platforms, and digital channels, effectively capturing and communicating stakeholder requirements.
- Conduct in-depth discovery and analysis of digital processes, user journeys, and customer touchpoints to inform solution design and development.
- Translate complex digital business needs into clear, concise, and testable user stories, workflows, and wireframes, ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals.
- Document and validate business rules, user experience (UX) standards, and scope to promote transparency and clarity across teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and dependency management to support iterative delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including UX/UI designers, developers, product owners, and QA—to shape, prioritize, and refine digital backlog items.
- Partner with domain architects, digital strategists, and delivery teams to design scalable, user-centric digital solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a central point of contact for digital initiatives, overseeing requirements management, tracking progress, and resolving issues proactively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships, managing expectations, and providing guidance on digital innovations and best practices.
- Support initial project scoping, sizing, and feasibility assessments for digital initiatives, including proof-of-concept and pilot studies.
- Proactively identify potential issues or risks in digital deployments, providing troubleshooting support and ensuring smooth rollouts.
- Offer continuous feedback and recommendations for process optimization, documentation, and knowledge sharing to enhance team efficiency.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Digital Business Analyst practice, promoting industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative methodologies.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related field;
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital or technology-driven projects, with a strong portfolio of successful digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with User Registration & Login Flows: Designing and optimizing secure, user-friendly registration and login processes.
- Knowledge of Authentication & Authorization Mechanisms: Implementing multifactor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and social login integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement, and requirements elicitation in digital contexts.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, digital customer journey mapping, and omnichannel strategies.
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as CRM, Content Management Systems (CMS), eCommerce solutions, and marketing automation tools.
- Expertise in process mapping (As-Is and To-Be), user story creation, and digital workflow design.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience in fast-paced, iterative development environments.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making, usability, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with digital analytics, A/B testing, and performance measurement tools.
- Familiarity with information management and documentation standards, ensuring comprehensive and accessible project records.
