Business Analyst / Delivery Manager (Digital & AI)

We're looking for a client-facing
Business Analyst / Delivery Manager
to lead the rollout of new digital builds. This role sits at the intersection of
business analysis, UX, and project delivery
, blending strong client engagement with technical know-how and modern AI-powered workflows.

What You'll Do

Business Analysis & UX

  • Translate client goals into clear business and technical requirements.
  • Map user journeys and identify opportunities to improve UX and workflow efficiency.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to accelerate requirement gathering, documentation, and process automation.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to scope builds and ensure user needs are at the centre.

Project & Delivery Management

  • Own projects end-to-end, from planning and requirements through to launch.
  • Maintain a steady release rhythm (around 2–3 builds per month).
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources to deliver on time.
  • Act as the main client contact, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet business, technical, and user experience expectations.
  • Run retrospectives and introduce AI-driven improvements to refine ways of working.
  • Track delivery metrics (timelines, quality, client satisfaction) to continuously raise the bar.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in
    business analysis, UX-focused delivery, and project management
    .
  • Strong experience writing requirements, managing delivery pipelines, and working with cross-functional teams.
  • A solid technical background with an interest in
    AI-assisted workflows
    .
  • Experience working in a
    digital/web agency environment
    , ideally managing enterprise-level clients and complex multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and keeping multiple projects moving at once.
