Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Business Analyst
to join their transformation program within the higher education sector. This is a pivotal role for a professional who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about driving meaningful change through technology and process improvement.

This will be a daily rate contract, with hybrid work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis activities across large-scale transformation projects, with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across academic and administrative functions to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories to support solution design and delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
  • Support change management initiatives and contribute to training and communication strategies.

Essential Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within
    higher education
    environments.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with
    Salesforce
    , including CRM and student lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering
    transformation projects
    , ideally involving digital platforms and process redesign.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
