Paid Media Specialist Full-Time Onsite Sunshine Coast

Billy J is an online fashion boutique with headquarters located on the Sunshine Coast. Founded in 2014, we have fast become one of the largest online clothing retailers in Australia. We've grown from strength to strength in the past 10+ years and continue to see record sales both instore and online. Our team of over 140 employees work across our retail store, warehouse, and creative office all locally here on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

At Billy J, we're passionate about empowering women through fashion and delivering standout customer experiences. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of our paid media performance and drive growth across our key platforms.

About the Role

Reporting directly to our CEO and Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing, analysing, and optimising paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Auditing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve ROAS and efficiency.
  • Tracking budgets and ad spend, providing real-time recommendations for reallocation.
  • Conducting competitor and industry analysis to uncover trends and growth opportunities.
  • Partnering with our marketing and creative teams to guide ad strategy, creative testing, and campaign alignment.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is analytical, creative, and proactive with a true passion for digital marketing and paid performance.

You'll bring:

  • Minimum 2-3 years proven experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and/or TikTok.
  • Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Experience in auditing, strategy development, and budget management.
  • The ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating across teams.
  • A background in paid media, particularly eCommerce with fashion/retail being highly regarded.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent industry experience) is highly regarded.
