Join a fast growing, coastal inspired swimwear brand based in Noosa Heads. We're on the hunt for a creative and trend savvy Social Media Specialist to own and grow our TikTok presence and bring our brand to life through engaging, on brand content.

If you're passionate about storytelling, love the beach lifestyle, and have your finger on the pulse of social media trends, we want to hear from you.

Job description:

Develop, create, and publish original TikTok content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand voice.

Jump on trends quickly while maintaining a strong brand aesthetic.

Collaborate with the founders and creative team to plan content calendars.

Engage with our TikTok audience, respond to comments, DMs, and foster community.

Analyse content performance and adjust strategy based on insights.

Occasionally assist with content repurposing for Instagram Reels and Stories.

Bonus: If you have experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, you'll have the opportunity to support small scale ad campaigns.

About You:

You're a natural storyteller who lives and breathes TikTok.

You understand what performs well organically on short form video platforms.

You're comfortable being behind (or even in front of) the camera.

Strong understanding of current TikTok trends, audio, and editing styles.

Ability to work independently and bring fresh ideas to the table.

You're passionate about the beach lifestyle, fashion, and wellness.

Bonus Skills:

Basic knowledge of running Meta or Google ads.

Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).

Photography or videography experience.
