About The Client
Our Client is a well-established business specialising in waterproofing and concrete repair services across a wide range of projects. They are known for their professional approach, high-quality work, and commitment to delivering excellent service to their clients.

About The Role
We are seeking a Client Services Team Leader to manage all client enquiries from first contact through to quotation close-out. This role oversees the client services team, ensuring smooth enquiry handling, inspection scheduling, quotation preparation, and proactive follow-up. You will be the key link in building client trust, maintaining communication, and driving conversion of opportunities before handing over to the Projects team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming client enquiries via phone and email
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule inspections
  • Issue invoices, prepare and follow up on quotations
  • Ensure timely, professional client communication throughout the process
  • Track and report on enquiry, inspection, and quotation outcomes
  • Lead, support, and train the Client Services team to deliver consistently high service standards
  • Contribute to process improvements for client services

Skills And Experience Required

  • Proven experience in a client services, team leader, or similar supervisory role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience supporting or supervising a small team
  • Previous experience in blue-collar/industrial industries highly desirable
  • Valid drivers licence
