Aftersales operations manager

About the Role
Chery is the fastest growing automotive brand in Australia, and we are building a future-ready Aftersales team to match our rapid growth. We're now looking for an Aftersales Operations Manager to lead execution of our national strategies across the dealer network.
This role will oversee and guide our Regional Aftersales Managers (RAMs), ensuring they deliver on dealer support, process compliance, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with senior leadership, you will translate strategic direction into practical initiatives that lift performance across service, parts, and customer care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach Regional Aftersales Managers to deliver a consistent, high-quality dealer support experience.
Translate Director-level strategies into executable plans across aftersales operations.
Drive network performance improvement in service, parts, warranty processes, and customer experience metrics.
Monitor KPIs across dealer network (CSI, VOR handling, parts availability, warranty turnaround).
Ensure compliance with Chery Aftersales policies, warranty procedures, and recall processes.
Collaborate with Warranty, Technical, Parts, and Customer Care teams to ensure seamless support to dealers.
Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
Act as a key escalation point for complex aftersales or dealer issues.
What We're Looking For
Proven track record in a national or regional aftersales role at an OEM.
Strong leadership experience, ideally managing field or regional teams.
Broad knowledge of service, warranty, parts logistics, and dealer support.
Ability to turn strategy into action with measurable results.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels.
Analytical mindset with experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
A collaborative leader who can inspire a growing team.
