Join our Off-Highway team and use your hands-on diesel or gas engine expertise to help customers find the best parts, service, and maintenance solutions. Whether you're a qualified diesel technician ready to move into a more customer-facing role, or a technical sales professional looking to grow your portfolio - this is your chance to combine your product knowledge with relationship-building and business development.

What you will do:

  • Promote and sell Penske's range of parts, service products and maintenance solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they always have the best support.
  • Use your technical know-how to identify solutions, prepare quotes and support our clients.
  • Work closely with your Parts and Service colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Contribute to sales growth and business planning through CRM and account management tools.

About you:

  • A trade qualification in diesel mechanics, mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • A knack for problem-solving and great communication skills.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is ideal, but not essential - we'll provide full training for the right person.
  • Confidence using a computer - CRM, quoting systems and OEM portals will become part of your toolkit.
  • Knowledge of Penske's products and customers will give you a head start.
