We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef who is looking to be part of a great team in an exciting growing venue in Dawesville.

The right person will have the ability to lead and co-ordinate others, manage waste and can work in a fast-paced kitchen.

We offer a work life balance, working a mixture of day and night shift for approx. 8 hour shifts. Shifts are generally 10.30am until 8.30pm with a 2hour break between service

Significant input into Seasonal Menu development and full control over Daily Specials
