Who are we looking for?

As our
Strategy Director
, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the strategic direction for Half Dome's clients. Working alongside our Head of Strategy, you'll deliver audience-first recommendations, comms frameworks, and brand strategies that drive measurable business growth.

This is a senior role with real impact: you'll be hands-on in delivering brilliant strategic outputs, a trusted partner to senior clients, and a thought leader who pushes our agency and industry forward.

Just as importantly, you'll be a collaborator and mentor, embedding strategic thinking across the agency and inspiring teams to think bigger, smarter, and bolder.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Leading strategy development for key clients, ensuring our recommendations are insight-driven, inspiring, and commercially impactful
• Acting as a trusted strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, positioning Half Dome as an indispensable partner in driving business growth
• Partnering with Client Solutions, Planning, Creative, and Performance teams to ensure strategies translate seamlessly into execution
• Contributing to new business pitches, delivering clear, compelling strategic responses that win
• Driving thought leadership within Half Dome and across the industry, producing award-worthy and future-focused work
• Championing Half Dome's values day-to-day, fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation, and collaboration

You're a strategic leader with a proven track record of developing brand and comms strategies that deliver growth. You're as comfortable rolling up your sleeves to write a strategy as you are presenting to C-suite clients, balancing detail and big-picture thinking with ease. You're collaborative, commercially minded, and always curious about what's next. Above all, you're a trusted partner who inspires confidence and pushes thinking forward.
