We are looking for a Quantitative Director for an integral role in our senior team.
This role is right for someone who is able to confidentaly lead end to end projects, manage client relationships and guide junior team members.

This role is for our Melbourne office, working in a hybrid environment with 2 days in office per week.

The role

We are seeking a researcher who has spent the last 5+ years refining their quantitative research skills in an agency environment, is confident leading end-to-end research projects, and is ready to step up into a role with greater responsibility. Day to day, you will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with your clients, immersing yourself in their business, and ensuring excellent communication.
  • Delivering end-to-end quantitative projects, including questionnaire writing, fieldwork management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Supporting junior team members.
  • Putting on your creative hat—constantly sharing new ideas and finding better ways to support our clients.

Who are we looking for?

As the ideal applicant:

  • You have 5+ years of quantitative experience in a market research agency.
  • You're a PowerPoint wiz.
  • You have exceptional attention to detail.
  • You're a great communicator.
  • You are invested in your personal growth and have strong self-awareness.
